Q. What is the minimum lot size?
A. When using the leather and metal fittings we have in stock, it is possible to make from 50 pieces (each color and each design).
Q. Is it possible to send the leather and metal fittings I want to use?
A. It is possible. Customs duties will be charged when sending, but our company has a license to reduce customs duties, so the amount will be quite small.
Q. Is there any custom duty when I send the product from Bangladesh?
A. As of January 2023, Japan will not be charged. It may or may not take depending on the country. Please contact us.
Q. What kind of leather do you use?
A. Basically, we use leather from Bangladesh. It is also possible to purchase from Italy, Thailand, etc. according to customer’s request.
Q. What is the minimum lot for leather?
A. 500 square feet (approximately 4,645 square decimeters) per color.
Q. How long does it take to deliver?
A. It depends on the quantity, but it takes about 2-4 weeks after we have the raw materials. Please contact us for exact delivery times.
Q. How long does it take to deliver samples?
A. We will make it within one week. Once created, we will confirm it by video call, make corrections if necessary, and ship it.
Q. Please tell me about the payment method.
A. There are two ways: AL/C (letter of credit) and T/T (telegraphic transfer). In case of T/T, we ask for 50% prepayment.
Q. Where do you get your metal fittings from?
A. We purchase from Japan and China.

A. We have experience in dealing with customers who are new to our business. Don’t worry, we’ll take the lead.
Q. Is it possible to make a sample without a drawing?
A. It is okay if you send us a reference product and make a few changes from there.
Q. Please tell me about the shipping method.
A. There are ships and planes. In Japan, it takes 3 to 4 weeks by ship, and 3 days to 1 week by air.
Q. Is it possible to order materials such as boxes together with the product?
A. It is possible. You can order boxes, cotton bags, non-woven fabrics, instructions, etc.
Q. How many languages do you support?
A. We support Japanese, English and Bengali.
Q. How many colors of leather do you have in stock?
A. There are 50 colors.
Q. What is your monthly production capacity?
A. It varies depending on the difficulty of the product, but we can produce 20,000 wallets and 30,000 bags a month.
